Things have been a bit quite around these parts lately. While I adore blogging (and, I've really had a lot of fun dipping my toes into the world of fashion blogging as of late!), I also adore spending time with family, friends, the hounds, and, of course, Andy. In addition, BrideBlu has been keeping me quite busy these days ... so much so that I've employed Andy's help as my shipping manager (hooray for supportive hubbies!). I am still trying to find balance among it all.
This past weekend was perfect parts work and play. Andy and I celebrated his 40th (!!!!) birthday at one of our favorite restaurants and treated ourselves to both a bottle of wine and dessert (homemade bread pudding) - delicious gluttony to say the least. On Sunday, Andy and I headed over to his brother's house where we played "bones" (dominoes). It was the first time playing dominoes for the both of us and it was a blast .
In business news, I've been sourcing new goodies for BrideBlu ... now, the tricky part is finding the time to list some of them! As for this dress ... it is quickly becoming a new favorite and will transition perfectly into the warmer summer months ahead. Speaking of summer, it is hard to imagine warm weather right now.
