I was at ULTA the other day with my little sis and stumbled across this in Urban Decay's line.
The packaging reads as follows:Designed for stars of film and flat screens, our high-tech translucent powder keeps you camera ready. The micro-fine {and strangely refreshing!} powder fools the eyes with "optical blurring" ... imperfections are seemingly airbrushed away for soft-focus, silky skin. Foundation lasts longer, and bare skin looks better, thanks to oil-absorbing properties that leave skin shine-free. If this stuff can help reality celebs onscreen,
imagine what it can do for your daily life!

Well, let me tell you, I have been wearing it religiously for the past week or so and have been over-the-moon pleased! Packaged with a built-in puff makes application a breeze (and fool-proof!). It is totally translucent (I have been wearing it over a bare face with a bit of cream blush) and completely does smooth out the skin and it makes oil disappear... all.day.long! (I would definitely classify myself on the "oily" side of skin types).
I just wanted to share with you, my beauties, in case this type of product would be up-your-alley so to speak! :)
Happy Friday!
xx Cat

Love Urban Decay! Thanks for the review! :D
ReplyDeleteI probably have more make up that the cosmetic counters at Neiman Marcus. Thanks for this tip. Always looking for something to "blur" those little lines and take care of oiliness. I'll check it out at my first opportunity.
ReplyDeleteI am alllll about the "optical blurring of imperfections"!!! Definitely going to try this stuff!

I adore Sephora; I always walk out with samples galore. (At the rate I'm going, I'll never have to buy a full-size perfume again!) This powder sounds great; full-blown foundation generally feels too heavy to me, so this may be a nice option. Thanks for the recommendation!
ReplyDeleteOooh, I really want to try this!
