Reasons Cat "needs" a pair of TOMS shoes:
1. With every pair of TOMS shoes purchased, TOMS will give a new pair of shoes to a child in need.
2. TOMS shoes are practically a spring/summer/fall shoe staple.
3. They look great with jeans, skirts, dresses...yup, pretty much about any item in my wardrobe would look 100x better when accessorized with a pair of TOMS.
4. Comfortable + Fashionable (how often do you find that combination?)
5. All the cool kids are wearing them.
While I can totally justify the purchase (see list above), I struggle with making a decision as there are just too many amazing choices! Here is my round-up of the styles I am currently obsessing over the most...

How can I not love a shoe that is my namesake?? I love the fact that if you buy a pair that they will give a pair to a child in need!

ReplyDeleteoh yeah, I'm with you. A pair of Toms would complement everything I wear! I love those yellow ones, but would probably go with something more practical like blue.
ReplyDeleteToms are super comfortable as well as being a responsible company, if I was you I'd buy two! I love the navy checked pair, I think it would go with plenty of outfits, but I also like the red ones, cause red spices up any outfit!

I'm a huge fan of the burlap ~ they look like they have fun lining too! These shoes scream summer and I think we all need some of that ;-)

I spent some time debating on whether I should spend the money on a pair of Toms myself, so I can totally relate.
ReplyDeleteWhen you really think about it though, it's sorta like buying two pairs, since they give a pair to a child in need. There, that makes it so much easier to rationalize! But, then again, your reasons are fair enough as well!

ReplyDeleteaaaannnddd... today is tom's "one day without shoes" day! i'm barefoot right now actually. :) i don't have a pair of toms yet, but not for lack of trying. i put it at the top of my birthday/christmas wish lists every year, but still no wish come true. maybe this will be my year.

Toms are on my shoe shopping list for the summer too. I didn't like them at first but they have really grown on me. :)

i love my toms! until recently i had a similar list, so i took the plunge and bought a pair...they have so far got me nothing but compliments (including a man stopping me on the train to ask about them!).
