Pink Candy Heart {item of the week}

It is a hauntingly lovely rainy, stormy day in Wisconsin today. Andy and I ran some errands this morning and saw the sky light up with exquisite lightening bolts. The wind is howling away outside making way for the perfect day to bundle up inside and enjoy a chillax Sunday afternoon...which is exactly what we plan to do.

But first, the item of the week!

Meet Betty, a vintage whimsical pink resin heart necklace in gold.


Love...
...the color combination of hot pink + mellow yellow
...the heart shape (so sweet)
...the fact that it reminds me a bit of a sweet conversation heart
